The Class of 2012 took on an entirely different type of CAP project than in previous years, one that was very near and dear to LTB. What began as the brainstorm of Maggie Chicoine during a walk down the beach in St.Lucia, turned into a Leadership Conference hosted by Leadership Thunder Bay. The years participants were divided into four key groups; Marketing, Sponsorship, Wednesday Program and Thursday Program and they joined their efforts to host what was one of Thunder Bay’s greatest events of 2012.

The conference, which featured author Margaret J. Wheatley as the keynote speaker, consisted of a Wednesday evening Senior Management Dinner and Keynote and a Thursday based on learning and personal development. The conference took place on April 25th and 26th, 2012 and was something spectacular!
